Debby spins up tornadoes, dumps heavy rain, swells rivers in the Carolinas; death toll at 7

Tropical Storm Debby spawned damaging tornadoes, flooded a town and temporarily shut down part of Interstate 95 early Thursday as it blew into North Carolina after making a second landfall overnight.
